Pennie is a Liverpool based yoga teacher and yoga therapist, guiding students and clients towards stillness, balance, and a deeper connection with themselves. Through personalised Yoga Therapy and a range of group classes and workshops including Yin, Gentle, and Hatha Yoga, Meditation, and Pranayama — she supports physical, mental, and emotional well-being, helping each individual cultivate resilience, awareness, and inner calm.

Welcome.

I’m Pennie, a yoga teacher and certified Yoga Therapist, dedicated to helping you connect deeply with your inner landscape in a safe and supportive way. With a strong meditative and therapeutic approach, my teaching is designed to balance your nervous system while cultivating strength, ease, and connection.

Over the past three years, I have trained as a certified Yoga Therapist with Dru Yoga (BCYT), and across the last 10 years I have accumulated over 1,500 hours of teacher training from a variety of yoga schools.

I offer an embodied yoga therapy practice that invites you to reconnect with your authentic self. Using breath work, meditation, and movement, I guide clients through a personalised, transformative experience that nurtures both body and mind, supporting well-being, resilience, and self-awareness.
