SPRING! Is a time for rebirth, renewal and detoxification; a time for considering our aspirations for the for the coming of the rest of the year.
Through the practice we will explore the change of season from astronomical winter into astronomical spring moving from a passive yin practice into a more dynamic yang practice, to aid detoxification and to bring our inner systems out of hibernation.
Closing with a yoga nidra during which we can really embed our intentions and totally relax.
