In this Heart Opening Cacao Ceremony, we will be working on discovering what it is we truly want from this life, and setting our intention/sankalpa around that wish.
Cacao can help us to connect to the heart space and open us up to our hidden voice.
Cacao is said to generate feelings of love, empathy, and connection. It can be an aid for personal and spiritual growth, encouraging introspection and self-discovery.
Cacao is full of antioxidants, iron, magnesium, calcium, flavonoids, and mood-boosting neurotransmitters. It can improve mood, reduce inflammation, increase brain function, communally uplift mood and increase vitality.
